The United States of America, translated by my consciousness means…
This place in which I exist is truly A Manifestation of All of the various United States of Consciousness that are generated by Love. Since the ancient middle eastern name for the planet Venus was “Merica”, this land is by definition of its own name a Singular Place of Love Manifesting as the Chaos of Endless Variety. When one stops being amazed by any of it, seeing finally the endless chaos that it is, and learns to be unaffected by it, then since a “cessation of the fluctuation of mind stuff” has occurred, enlightenment ensues.
This is the heart and soul of the Science of Yoga. Yoga teaches one to be “indifferent” so to speak, or to be able to see “no difference” between anything at all, to see it all as One, which ceases the fluctuations of the mind that cause suffering. And isn’t this the definition of Samadhi? A state of “no difference”? And if there is no difference, then it doesn’t matter where you live or how much you earn or what is your dharma duty—with the state of no difference accompanying Samadhi consciousness, one is always even minded or Joyous. Remember “a sad saint is a sad saint indeed”!
Since all things are ultimately equal, my advice to all Americans is to do what they will, no matter how great or small, with no regard for anyone or anything which tries to limit you. But so few do this. This country has to change, and revolution must come. It is the order of things. It must happen and will happen. Otherwise this nation is literally not living up to its own name. This nation must not be confined to a homogenous way of life, nor limited to a narrow perception dictated by anyone or anything, especially a government, for that is not the function of a government. This nation must learn that we are all United, that all are equal in the eyes of Deity, that all have the right to do as they will as long as they are not intentionally interfering with anyone else.
Change is in the air. I feel it. It is coming as surely as the dawn arrives every 24 hours.
