The Universe appears to be a mass of endless distractions.  The trick of the Ego is to make you think that there are thousands of distractions demanding your attention on a daily basis.  The Truth is there is only One Distraction, One Singular Distraction that is perceived thru the Ego’s distortioned viewpoint making you think there is Difference between one thing and the other thing, between one distraction and the other.  There is no difference; it is all Vibration, vibration of different frequencies, but a Singular Mass of Distraction that is correctly perceived as One.

So the best way to perceive the All is to choose a special Distraction that represents the All, a meaningful symbol of the All.  One ancient way of doing this was to listen to the Cosmic Sound of all the Actions going on in the Universe.  This of course is the sound heard in the absolute quiet of meditation as the AUM or OM.  It is the sound of the Universe in Action.

Though Maya or Delusion uses the muffler of the Ego to shield our Soul from the Truth, the fact is that no muffler is perfect enough to perfectly muffle the sound of its of very own Existence.  Therefore the Ego is bound to lose because it gives off its own Sound of Distraction.  The problem is that for all of the Ego’s attempts, the Distractions always follow a Pattern.  It is this Hidden or Occult Pattern, this highly translucent Blueprint, upon which All that has ever happened or will happen…occurs.  The Ego is the Builder upon the Pattern, weaving endless variety upon it in an attempt to deceive the Soul forever.

But the Ego cannot hope to win.  The Ego is little more than an Echo of something greater.  It imitates the very Creator of the Sublime Pattern as it weaves and Builds its own False Kingdom on the Pattern.  Too bad for the Ego, because the underlying Pattern is more real and lasting than all that is built upon it, and  all that is created is eventually destined for destruction, for Nothing can remain built upon the Pattern forever.

Only the Soul realizes this Truth because the Soul is made in the Pattern of God, sort of like a Fractal of God.  But Manifestation must involve Duality, in order to create the Perceiver and Perceived, the Lover and the Beloved, the Beheld and Beholder.

Man is to choose between the Ego’s View or the Soul’s View.  The former is a divided view, the latter is the One singular view.  When Man chooses to side with the Soul, his perception changes to one of calmness, a gift of the Soul.  Man can then Behold and be Beheld at the same time.  Then he realizes He is the Love itself, the very Love that is between all things trying to hold them together and make all things realize that they are One big Singular Thing and not Two Things.  The action of Love is the Soul in Action.  It brings together all things and beings in mutual respect and caring, which is Love.

Becoming Enlightened, becoming like God is the process of beholding all things as equal.  When one can see and experience all things as One Big Thing, then he will realize he is a not just a part of that Thing, but even One with the Whole Thing.  Then will the yogi also realize that no thing truly has any power over the him to cause a reaction or a “fluctuation of mind stuff”.  He will be able to choose when he wishes to end his calm state of mind, his mental state defined as the “cessation of the fluctuations of mind stuff”.

Choose one thing upon which to focus, one Ideation of God and focus until there is nothing else on the Mind.  Samadhi will occur as a result of Total Attention on God, as all of the falsely perceived multitude of distractions will cease to gain attention (at-tension) of the mind of the yogi and there will be nothing to focus upon except God in Samadhi meditation.  Then the Yogi realizes that He Is God Is God Is He Is Both Perceiver and Perceived.  He is Love.  He is the invisible and undetectable Thing-No-Thing that washes away the distractions of the Ego, destroys what the Ego has created by mimicking God’s Sublime ways.  The Ego uses hatred and Selfish Love to create a Universe of Distractions.  But the things the Ego creates are Flawed and therefore Doomed because their very creation was achieved utilizing copycat techniques and knock-off imitations.  They were even created with a False Love called Selfish Love.

So when the real Love of God comes poking around in the consciousness of a yogi, its actions render the Ego’s attempts to cause Perceived Differences in Distractions totally ineffective.

The Yogi perceives It All as It Is—One.  He perceives in Singular Vision, Clairvoyantly with his Third Eye, his Singular Eye.  He knows thru Direct Experience that he is both a part and the whole, that there is no need to fear because nothing can hurt him because he cannot hurt himself.  This is why he never consciously intends to hurt others.  He may not be understood and therefore not liked sometimes, but this is not born of his choosing.  If all sentient beings could see accurately, they wouldn’t need to dislike someone because of who or what that person is.  They would realize they are all One and the Same, so no one would be offended by the actions of others, because all of their actions, if any, are performed by the Inner Soul siding with God.

As I perceive it, one reason why some yogis do little or no outward work is because they do not want to have their best intentioned actions and work misinterpreted by those whom they may be trying to help.  They are trying to teach the Truth.  And these True Teachers are nearly always misunderstood.  I could understand why some yogis, upon reaching enlightenment, have no desire to try to help others.  To actively do so would be mean a life of non-stop misunderstanding and misrepresentations by those to whom they offer your help.  Treachery.  Backstabbing.  Betrayals.  Endless misperceptions, etc.

And All because of Love’s attempts to bring us all back together to the Truth that we are One Perception of One Perceived Thing that is Perceiving Itself Simultaneously.  We are One.  We are the Children of One.  Those who learn these Truths have since ancient times been called the Children of the Law of One.

It occurred to me that the world’s political leaders who go to war with each other over their own unconscious deeply seated religious prejudices are similar to a couple of teenaged girls who engage in a cat fight over possession of the same potential boyfriend.

Both leaders think they have found the One and Only God and then fight over it!  The truth is they have both found the same thing and given it different names.  If it were not for the fact that millions of idiots listen to the leaders’ arguments for war and then actually do the fighting themselves, it would be funny.

Einstein once wrote something to the effect that one of the most disgusting things he has ever seen is young men marching in unison.  I tend to agree.

I think the saddest tragedy in the world is anyone who lets someone else dictate every aspect of their life, much less con them into forfeiting their life on a battlefield for something they never even wanted to be a part of…but such is the fate of all sheep.  Lesson?  THINK FOR YOURSELF.  Or one day someone will do your thinking for you.

A man who thinks for himself is an impenetrable fortress of Spiritual Power; he cannot be fooled or conned by anyone’s bullshit.  He answers to none but God Almighty Itself.  Political power is as a mosquito to such a Man of God.

A theory of why so many marriages end in divorce

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

In regards to human sexuality, relationships and mating, I found an interesting analogy by comparing how elements conjoin thru chemical bonds.  I think that if more people would behave like chemical elements, then the world might be a happier place.

In nature, elements are constantly creating, maintaining and breaking bonds with each other.  Elements move about freely as dictated by nature.  At the subatomic level, electrons are always freely interchanging with other nuclei.  When an electron orbiting on the outside of a nucleus encounters a force of sufficient attraction from another nucleus (or if it feels a significant repulsion to its current nucleus) then that electron simply goes away, attaching itself to the new nucleus.  No legal documentation or sanction is required—it just happens.

I think if human beings did the same thing on the intimate level of sexuality, they would also be happy and fulfilled.  I think that all that is needed of people is a willingness to follow their feelings when they crop up.  I think that if humans were as open as chemical elements they would never suffer any guilt, fear, insecurities, etc., about having sex with any number of people during their lives.  I think that if people were as willing to follow the dictates of God and nature, meaning they create, maintain and break bonds with their partners as life itself naturally dictates, then the general psycho-emotional health of the whole world would escalate to unprecedented levels of joy and love.

Author Robert Heinlein wrote about this lifestyle extensively and in great detail in his masterpiece “Stranger in a Strange Land” (especially the newer unedited edition containing his original manuscript in its entirety).

From my perspective, it just seems absurd for someone to expect just one person to fulfill all psycho-emotional-physical needs at any given time, much less expect that one person to continue to do so for the rest of one’s life.  That would be about as ridiculous as expecting just one fruit or vegetable to supply every last nutrient needed to ensure perfect physical health for the duration of one’s life.  Eating only one form of food would cause life to be short and full of suffering due to malnutrition, but incredibly boring at least as far as the taste buds are concerned.

And in the case of human relationships, how much more so would our very souls be undernourished whilst beset with eventual overwhelming boredom?  Don’t believe it?  Just look around.  All the evidence one needs to prove this is to examine the way we behave in relationships.  I write these words only a few years after the national divorce rate reached 50% and it has only been climbing since then.  Some with comedic minds have asserted that divorce is the cure for marriage.  In my lighter moments, I agree.  But I would also postulate that divorce is the natural result of attempting to legally immortalize something that is by its very nature ephemeral, of restricting something that by its very nature is free-flowing, of trying to limit and codify something that is by it very nature is limitless and outside the realm of human-created laws.

In the face of such unnatural actions, divorce seems only natural.  Divorce seems to me to be a natural result of the soul’s desire to liberate itself, to be free to love unrestricted any and all whom it wants to freely love.

It seems to me that billions of people around the world are leading unhappy lives (at least where love is concerned) all because of a prevailing belief that we must restrict ourselves to just one person our whole lives.

Just an opinion…but that sounds idiotic to me.

The simplest analogy I ever read in regards to the idiocy of marriage went something like the following.  Imagine that you have a friend, a best friend.  You love your friend and value your friendship.  So one day you go to your friend and convince him/her to visit a lawyer with you to fill out some papers and sign them, getting them notarized and sanctioned by the state hereby declaring legally that the two of you are friends and the only way both of you can end the friendship is to each get a separate lawyer to accompany you both to court to engage in a heated battle to end the friendship with legal documentation called Divorce, and then battle your friend for half of his/her possessions, blah, blah, blah, etc., etc., etc.

Isn’t it amazing how clearly absurd marriage becomes when we merely apply its legal characteristics to that of friendship?  Just change the words “husband” and “wife” to “best friend” and the whole notion of marriage drops from its alleged lofty heights like a lead zeppelin.

When I examine it carefully, it just seems to me that marriage is a mistake, an error perpetuated on a population unconsciously afraid of its own mortality, so it feebly attempts to create something that seems immortal, permanent.

Maybe the reason the divorce rate is so high and constantly increasing is because it is God’s Will that we learn once and for all the blunder we have been making for eons.

All is INTERACTION.  Interactions are going on all the time.  All one can do is to PERCEIVE all that goes on in life as an interaction based on one polar perspective or another.

When we offer to others an interaction of selflessness, the result (whether directly experienced or not) is the upliftment of the other.  Spiritual masters engage in this kind of interaction constantly.  They constantly offer selfless interactions.

When we force or otherwise try to attract, or advertise for the selfish interaction of others, intending to draw others to our idea or cause, the result (whether experienced or not) is eventually ruin.  This type of interaction seems to be most common among those with political power.  Their ideas are almost never offered to the world, but rather sold.  The result is always the same—ruin.  Selfish interactions carry with them the curse of rape.

RAPE AND RAVISHMENT

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

In regards to shifting perceptions of polar opposites and what it can do for us on a practical level, if you simply change your viewpoint from one thing to its opposite, then what was once perceived as fearful and painful can become right overwhelmingly loving and enjoyable.

This process is applicable to even such opposite subjects as rape and ravishment…if viewed in the correct light, as it pertains to our Souls, and God’s plan for our lives.

We must be feminine to God, the Source.  We must face our fears like a nervous bride who is about to be penetrated by some unknown beast, a savage, large, overpowering and muscular thing she cannot hope to physically resist and possessing a god-only-knows-how-huge cock.  It hurts her initially to offer herself like this.  She is logically afraid of rape (just as men are, but deeply seated, as it comes from God itself).  She is overwhelmed with fear of pain, she panics and puts up a feeble resistance because she fears she is being raped, thereby validating her fears.

But soon she is feeling something else.  Her initial fear subsides as she cannot help but slowly and completely surrender to a mounting ecstasy and as her orgasm approaches she quickly finds that all this big unknown scary thing ever wanted from her was to surrender herself wholly (holy) and completely to his Will and Intent, which was simply to give her the Divine Gift of Beautiful Ecstasy, to gently coax her into surrendering to an Unimaginable Orgasmic Joy she never thought possible.  All He ever wanted was to give her LOVE.  All she had to do was move past the fear and yield to it, submit to it, surrender to it, receive His Love inside her against all of her Ego’s initial fearful barriers.

Those who resist their fear and fully surrender to the Joy that God wants to offer them soon find their lives become one big happy running orgasm, always smiling, always laughing, always joyful with the Love of God that flows thru them.

When we give in to what God is trying to penetrate into us, which is God’s Will of Love (Love is the Law) then we find that life becomes a Joy-filled romp, a game to be played in the fields of the Lord.  When we follow our inspirations and do whatever sort of worldly work that excites us, then we are in Joy.  Then we are truly living the way God intended, living to serve others and offering them what we can of ourselves thru our dharma duty, our work for the world.

And when we die, we will know that we have created a heaven on earth by doing all the things we were really and truly meant to do, instead of surrendering to what others selfishly wanted from us and were willing to pay for (read—job), which always creates hell not only for us but for the whole world.

When we do the work that God intends us to do, we find ourselves literally swept away in joy—the very definition of ravishment.   With the right perspective we can change our outlook on what we were once afraid to do, so much so that what we were once fearful to allow within us (rape) turns to absolute pleasure (ravishment).  And then we wonder not only what the hell we were once so afraid to do, but why we never did it sooner.

Dyer Dozen (unfinished)

Want more for others than you want for yourself.  Whatever you think is missing, what is wrong with your life, want what is missing in other’s lives more than what you want for yourself.

The core principle here is of course selflessness.  One must always keep in mind that the source of all things is god, from which all thing spring.  And god lives within us.  One must use a little spiritual logic to understand that if you want something for yourself, the only proper way to acquire it is to provide such a thing (or anything at all) to others.  In this way, one creates a sort of vacuum within oneself which god rushes to fill.  In other words, see yourself as able to provide for others whatever they need, even though you yourself don’t have it yet, and god will rush to fill the current void, the current lack of what you are trying to provide, and thereby you will have it, not just for yourself, but to give away, which was the whole point in your mind in the first place.

In spiritual circles there are different sayings to express what I explained above.  For example, it is said that he who would be the greatest (provider) must be the smallest (unconcerned for his own well being).  He who would be remembered as the most noble must be the most humble.  He who would be the richest must give away the most.  God may work in mysterious ways, but they are not incomprehensible.  Most of us have just never been exposed to such a way of living and thinking.

Think from the end.  As in magick.  Act as if it is already here.  This is intention, will.

This is the key to making your life work in the most divine way.  The imagination is the most powerful tool human beings have.  Imagination changes the world.  The proper way to use the imagination is to think of what it is you want or are trying to accomplish, from the end, or as already existing, already finished, already accomplished, etc.  This creates “stress” on the universe because it does not match up to what it is you are thinking about, and so god or source rushes in to make what is in your imagination real as soon as you start thinking about it.  Keep the thought in your mind always with total concentration and soon you will see the ‘miracles’ manifesting as the source seeks to provide you with what you need to create what is in your mind.  Think from the end.  See it as already done.

Be an appreciator in your life.  Look for that which is of value rather than worthless.  What is more valuable than being connected to source.

We are all connected to the source within, whether we are aware of it or not.  Most are oblivious to this eternal fact, and never think that it is an active connection and not a passive one.  But for those few who “step up” and make the effort to become conscious of this eternal active connection, life becomes a constant miracle, a joy to experience.

When one is in touch with the source within, it is easy to look around and see how incredible everything is, and how all of it is necessary, and none of it is ‘unclean’.  It becomes second nature to appreciate everything and everyone you see, because you know deep down that it is all a small part of a big whole, and all of it is here for an important reason.  To condemn anything is to condemn a part of oneself.  And to do such a thing is to deny a part of oneself.  What you hate and despise “out there” is really a reflection of what you hate and despise about yourself “in here”.  The source knows nothing of denying one’s parts.  The source only knows wholeness and integration.

Be in rapport with source.  Be in harmony with source.

Every thought you have other than that which you came from (source) is resistance.

Remember that god is all about wholeness and integration.  God wants togetherness.

See yourself as being surrounded by the conditions you wish to produce.  Seeing yourself from the end.

Understand the art of allowing.  Take the path of least resistance.  Allow yourself.

Once you are united to source and are actively creating your life, remember to allow the dream you have of yourself to come to you.  This is allowing.  Don’t worry so much about how things will take place, but rather focus on the end of what it is you want to do for the benefit of others, and allow god to fill in the rest, taking you to your dreamed-of destination by a series of synchronistic events that are sure to manifest.

Practice radical humility.  You are not the body.  You are not your possessions.  You are divine.

Remember your connection to source in that you are IT by virtue of the fact that you are a part of IT.  It is not found in the physical world.  The source is intangible.  It can only be sensed internally at best.  Its actions take place in the physical world, but IT is not to be found there.  Do not bother to look “out there” as you will find only a reflection of the source and not the source itself.  Even your body is only a reflection of the source that is within you.  Your possessions are anything but that.  At best they are loaned to you for a duration of time, however long or short.  They are not yours.  They are ephemeral, like your body.  A mirror only reflects light.  It is not the light itself.

Be grateful, always.  Be generous because it all comes from source.

You never resolve a problem by condemning it.  Don’t use shame with a problem, it is too low an energy to raise anything.

Play the match game.  Are you connected to source?

Mediate.  This is how you stay connected to source.  You cannot divide silence.  Source is undividable and found in the silence.

Happiness is found by arranging your mind.  When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

If you are a physicist observing the behavior of a subatomic particle, your very interaction with it causes it to change its behavior.  This is common knowledge in the field of subatomic physics.

What scientists generally do not know is that if you, as the observer, can remain absolutely NEUTRAL while watching and observing a subatomic particle, then you will have no effect on it whatsoever.  With absolute neutrality in mind, there is no expectation of any type of behavior on the part of the particle, therefore there is no interaction and hence the particle can do what it desires to do with no interference on the part of the observer.

In the field of yoga philosophy, to ability to be in a mode of observation of a thing or event and to remain absolutely neutral to what is occurring, to feel no thoughts or emotions stirring within, is to be enlightened.  In such a state of mind, the yogi is causing no karma between himself and the world around him.  He has no mental and emotional attachments within him that would cause any kind of reaction to what is happening around him.

Going one step further, this absence of attachment is the key to what is called Liberation.  This is the mode of true freedom in life.  When one has totally shed all attachments to this world then one can attain liberation from it, and earn the right to never be forced to reincarnate again.

According to one perspective, the way to attain such freedom is to “Be Here Now”.  In simple terms, this means that your thoughts are not in the past, nor in the future, but rather right here and now.  And in this moment of Now, one must be neutral to all things around oneself, all while simultaneously accomplishing your dharma, which is the work you are meant to do, with no expectation (attachment to future results) of a reward (getting good karma from the action) for your work.  This is the way of liberation.

If you reconnect to the Source you are reconnecting to the field of intention (will).  With it anything is possible.  Life itself becomes a miracle.  Miracles begin to happen around you, because of you.  But if you can maintain an enlightened attitude in which you do not even care about causing such miracles, then you are liberated even while you are here.  This is another perspective on the phrase “Be here now”.

Connect to the Source while being here, and be neutral, in a state of bliss while here and you will soon be enlightened and liberated.  Self realization means reconnection to the source of our Selves.  Once connected to this Source, nothing can Truly go wrong in your life.  Despite what might happen, you will know that it is all simply the way it is supposed to happen, and all is as it should be.

All of our problems arise from a disconnection from Source.  They arise because of our erroneous perspectives which tell us that “something is wrong” when in fact the only thing that is wrong is the way we look at things and interpret them.  This again, is attachment to what one observes.  An attachment is what causes a rupture of sorts within our minds and makes us think that there is something wrong with what we are observing.  If we reestablish a firm connection to the Source, then all problems in our lives cease because we see that everything is happening according to a perfect plan.

How powerful is this state of Enlightenment, of Divine Neutrality?  There is a documented story of a yogi named Lahiri who reportedly didn’t even bat an eyelid when his own daughter died within his house only a few feet from him.  He remained in a state of absolute neutrality and bliss even as this event was perceived as a tragedy by the other members of his family.  He had attained such a state of enlightenment and liberation that he was not even attached to his own progeny.  He just sat there calmly listening to one of his yoga students attempting to read passages from the Hindu holy scripture, the Bhagavad Gita, while all the commotion was happening near them.

When you lose connection to Source, you are in resistance to the Source, which will then cause problems in your life.  When you forget that connection to Source and lose the mode of neutrality, then your mind and emotions will start to have opinions and reactions to what is going on around you.  You start to resist things, which is itself a form of attachment.  One cannot be liberated from something if one is resisting it.  The very act of resistance is an action in the direction of whatever it is you are resisting.  One must remember the concept of neutrality, and just let things be.

Now this Neutrality does not mean that one should sit on his ass and do nothing for remainder of life.  That is not correct.  The idea here is to Be Here Now, where you are, wherever you happen to be, and do your work or dharma at that place with no expectation of a reward for your labors.  It is useless to worry about things going on 10000 miles away from oneself if there is literally nothing one can do about it.  One must take care of what needs to be done here ‘at home’ first and foremost.  The underlying idea here is a firm conviction, far and beyond mere belief, that you are right where the Source (God) needs you to be, and doing what needs to be done at any given moment in life.

And what if there is a problem somewhere other than where you are?  A problem you are sure you could remedy, if only you were there?  First of all, do not make the mistake of worrying about this problem.  You cannot worry someone’s problems away, no matter if that person is near or far.  Faith is needed on your part, faith that God is taking care of all tasks that need to be done thru those people who are most able to handle the work, wherever the problem may occur.  And if you are nowhere near such a situation?  Then you must realize that you are not the person most able to handle the problem, or that there is something much more important for you to take care of in another place.  Therefore you must stick to your dharma wherever you are, and remain in a state of neutrality concerning distant problems, since it is obviously not your task to take are of.  One must not fall into a messiah complex, always thinking that it is your duty to solve all the world’s problems yourself.  That is not only unnecessary, but impossible.  Stick to where you are and apply yourself to whatever task comes your way, always in a state of neutrality concerning what you are doing here and now and what you are unable to do somewhere else.  Don’t be there now.  Be here now.

The obstacles that keep you disconnected are the following.

First, Don’t look for opportunities and occasions to be offended or belittled or upset in any way.  Be of good humor.  In Neutrality, you cannot be offended or belittled or upset, etc.  If you are looking for things to upset you, then the ego is in control and is seeking to keep you disconnected from the Source within.  Notice how you must look outside yourself to find something to bother you?  This is a trick of the ego in that it keeps you looking everywhere but inside for what you need.  There is an old saying from the east that states that god was looking for a place to hide from humanity because of their ceaseless demands and prayers.  The devil came along and gave god a suggestion as to where to hide, somewhere that no human would ever look.  He told god, “Hide right behind their eyes.  They will never look there”.  If you are looking outside of yourself to find fulfillment or annoyance, then you have already lost and will never find what you are looking for in such a manner.

Second, be aware of the energy of your life.  Don’t expose yourself to negative energies, in any shape or form.  Look at the energy of your life and be careful what energy you surround yourself with, what people you surround yourself with, the music you listen to, the television shows you watch, what you do with your idle time, etc.  Change the energy of your life and change your life itself.  Anger, resentment and hatred are low energies that weaken you, so limit your exposure to such vibrations.  If you spend time being around angry people, don’t be surprised if you turn out angry yourself.  Energy is contagious.  We all affect one another, whether we are aware of it or not.  If you listen to unpleasant music, you may become unpleasant yourself.  If you watch violent television shows, you may become violent yourself in time.  Be wary of what energy you expose yourself to, as it will have an effect on you.

Third, the source reacts according to what you believe.  If you believe there are shortages in your life, you will have them.  If you think you are unhappy, unloved, etc., then you will have exactly that.  The source only knows how to BE.  As far as what it will be, well that is up to you.  See yourself as already having that which you want to attract into your life.  See yourself from the end, think from the end, as in where or what you wish to be.  In the practice of magick and witchcraft, etc., the same principle applies.  In order for a spell to work, one must imagine the end result.  It has also been said that “As a man thinketh, so he is”.  St. Ignatius of Loyola used to say, “make as if” in regards to changing one’s life.  Do not think of what is missing or what always has been because that mode of thinking is what will keep you exactly that way.  Think of what you wish to be instead.  Then miracles will occur.  Be in harmony with source, as it knows nothing of what is missing in my life unless you tell it so, then it makes it so, because that is what you believe.   The difference between most people and Self actualizing people is that the latter must be what they can be.  This harkens back to the concepts of dharma again, and doing what you are meant to do.  In magickal circles, this is referred to as the True Will.  It is your free will united to the will of god within you.  When you attain this True Will, life becomes a breeze.  You are always doing what you should be doing.  Everything you need flows into your life, as if by “magick” because in fact, that is what it truly is—magick.

THE FACE OF CREATIVITY

Monday, July 27th, 2009

In Eastern philosophy there is a principle that states that god is always creating anew at every moment.  God creates, period.  Nothing is stationary.  Nothing is static or still, ever.  This constant action of creation is sometimes referred to as the “Dance of Shiva”, Shiva being another name for god in the Hindu pantheon.  The Source is always creating.  And being connected to the Source, so should we also be creating as well.

Perhaps the best way to live a meaningful life is to create.  Create anything, just create.  Adopt the perspective of consumers and producers.  Consumers never contribute anything to the world.  Producers are always contributing something of themselves.  Producers are creators.  They are living their lives ‘on purpose’.  Their polarity has shifted from what they can attract to themselves to what can they give to the world.

Producers are always working on some project or another.  A producer finds inspiration in their own dharma, the work they are meant to do.  The best producers do not even care about rewards.  They are too busy creating to worry about what will come back to them.  These kinds of people are truly inspired.  When deeply inspired by a project, the mind thinks in new directions never before dreamed.  All limiting thoughts have their bonds broken.  The imagination expands outward, and dormant forces and talents come online and you discover yourself to be greater than you ever thought you could be.  This is the magick of creation and of creating itself.  In the East, it is said that God is in a state of constant Joy because it is a Joy to create, just as it is a Joy for a married couple to attempt to create a child.  When we are ‘married’ to our creative projects, we are also in a similar state of Joy.  In the face of such inner happiness, the idea of being a consumer simply doesn’t compare.

When you are busy creating, everything is working in your life.  You are connected to the source within, and while there may be difficulties and obstacles to overcome, rest assured there will be no mistakes.  The only thing you can really do with your life, to make it meaningful, is to give it away—suspend your ego and be of service to humanity.  Don’t die with your ‘music’ still in you.  Your thoughts about your purpose are your purpose trying to connect to you.  Pay attention to your thoughts and follow thru with them.  The source is always creating.  The source is always trying to create thru you.  Find your dharma by finding what inspires you and makes you want to move.  True nobility is being more and better than who and what you used to be.

Make your life meaningful—create.
